1. place your order

First time users should place their first order online or via our app. If this isn't your first order with us at your concierge building and you have already received a VIP bag from us, simply text “pickup” to 678-270-2070 to request a pickup. Need it back next day? Let us know and we’ll make it happen. You’ll get an instant email verification. Have special instructions? Simply reply to the email or text.   

2. Drop off YOUR ORDER

After placing your order, simply leave your bag of dry cleaning or wash and fold with your concierge desk - we are on our way! We’ll come by and pick it up. When we check in your order, you’ll receive a text notification in real time and a detailed email itemizing what we picked up - we even show pictures of everything we clean.

3. PICKUP

We’ll deliver your order back within two business days after we pickup your order. We’ll send you a text message and an email the exact moment we drop off your order.
