A: When a locker is unlocked and available, the locker knob will be in the vertical position. If you want to lock the locker, simply type in any four digit code and turn the knob to the left. 

Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF A LOCKER IS UNLOCKED and AVAILABLE?


A: To gain access to our 24/7 locker stores, swipe any credit/debit card at the magnetized stripe by the door. Don't worry, you won't be charged anything. Please note that between 9PM-6AM only credit/debit cards registered to your account can gain you access to the store. You can also add other access cards online on the "Store Access" page of your account.

Q: HOW DO I GET INTO A pressbox STORE?


A: Check out our locations. If your building doesn't have PressBox yet, request your building get PressBox lockers, and join in on the fun.

Q: HOW DO I pay for my order?

A: Once you've added your billing information in 'Payment Settings' on your account, you are automatically charged when your order is delivered. We securely keep our clients credit cards on file and charge bi-monthly. Individual invoices are included with every delivery and monthly statements can be received via email and are always available to view online.


Q: HOW DO I REDEEM A COUPON?

A: Log into your account and go to the 'Discounts' page. Type in the coupon code in the 'Redeem a Gift Card' box and the discount automatically will be applied to your next order. 


Q: DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL REWARD PROGRAM?

A: Yes. Our customers love our service and we rely on word of mouth. To take advantage of our referral program, simply tell a potential new customer to use your name when they register. You automatically will receive 25% off for the entire following month from the day of referral. If you refer multiple customers, you will receive discounts on multiple months. Refer 10 people, receive 10 months of 25% off!


A: Absolutely. Our home delivery brings the dry cleaners directly to your door. We serve most of the greater Atlanta area neighborhoods twice a week, every week.
