1. DROP OFF

 

Place your order in any unlocked locker. Enter any 4 digit code and turn the knob to lock the locker.  If you are a concierge building, leave your order with the concierge.  

• First time users can place their laundry directly in the locker or in a plastic bag or hand your order to your concierge if you don't have lockers at your building.  
• Regular users should place their laundry in their personal laundry bag.

Two Day Service: Orders placed in a locker by 9:30am (Monday thru Friday) will be picked up that day and will be returned within two business days**.

**We make our best effort to return orders back within two business day. We do not guarantee two day service and items which are delayed due to special care will be returned when ready.  If you need something back by a certain time, please let us know.

2. PLACE YOUR ORDER. 

TEXT the Locker Number (i.e. "107" or "concierge") to 678-270-2070 or login to pressboxatlanta.com to place your order.

You can also call us and place your order over the phone - 678-207-0919

When your laundry is delivered and ready to be picked up, we notify you via text message and email.

Your email and text will contain the locker number and code (last 4 digits of your telephone number) so you know which locker to get your clothes from.

3. PICKUP.

Enter the 4 digit code (last 4 digits of your phone number) into the locker we emailed / text'd you, to open the locker.
